This role sits within the Data & Analytics team, they are responsible for delivering the Data Analysis & Management Information needs of Remediation & Regulatory projects & data led automation efficiencies within Compliance and Economic Crime Risk.
As an SQL Developer, you’ll be responsible for setting up the Compliance data capability, enabling a single customer view and creating a framework for the build of future automation solutions.
You’ll engage directly with stakeholders, define requirements and build technical solutions for a variety of different teams across the function.

1. Designing and implementing data solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
2. Providing cost and time estimates for large scale project work.
3. Producing technical strategy documents for project governance.
4. Building and maintaining excellent relationships across functions & internal business areas.
5. Reviewing and challenge of data and reporting framework.
What you’ll bring:
6. Extensive SQL Server experience
7. Extensive Data modelling experience
8. Experience with optimising new and current database structures
9. A Proven track record of automating manual processes
It would also be nice for you to have:
10. Data warehousing experience specifically Kimball methodology
11. Experience with Data Visualisation tools, preferably Power BI
