Job Description: The General Classroom Assistant will be integral to the smooth running of our classrooms, providing essential support to our teachers and students. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging educational activities.
* Providing targeted support to individual students or small groups to enhance learning.
* Contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Supporting the organisation and management of classroom resources.
* Monitoring and supporting student behavior and engagement.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for education and the development of young people.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
