Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Foster Carers with the right heart and compassion to provide exceptional support to foster children who will be placed into your care by local authorities.
When you make an application, you will be assessed by one of our registered assessors over a period of about 4 to 6 months.
Once your assessment is complete, it will be presented to our fostering panel who will make a recommendation for approval by our agency decision maker.
Duties
* Provide direct foster care to young people between 0 to 18 years
* Maintain accurate records of daily care, observations
* Support children with behaviour management and supportive strategies as needed.
* Work closely with the supervising social worker and other professionals

* Qualifications
* No previous experience in foster care is needed, although we also invite previous foster carers from other fostering agencies.
* You must have at least one spare and available bedroom for foster children.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and their families.
* Ability to follow care plans meticulously while demonstrating compassion and patience.
* Valid driving licence is advantageous for transportation duties.
