Job Title: Change Business Analyst
Job Description
In this change-focused Business Analyst role, you will play a key role within a team that supports several high-priority products, technologies, and propositions to meet customers' evolving needs. You will utilise your analytical skills across a broad range of exciting change projects, including developing change roadmaps, understanding existing and target operating models, and supporting the business in testing new solutions and customer-facing applications. This role is ideal for a Business Analyst with strong generalist skills and exposure to both strategic and IT change projects and programmes.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Technology to understand business requirements, define current and future state operating models, and create end-user test cases and user acceptance testing.
* Conduct analysis and interpretation of technology and operational impacts.
* Assist with change management planning and execution.
* Work with the existing analysis function to help define ways of working.
* Prepare project materials and maintain project documentation, including Wiki pages and various analysis collateral.
Essential Skills
* Proven business analysis expertise working on strategic change and transformation projects.
* Ability to engage with SMEs and technology teams at all levels.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
* Capability to work independently, define analysis activities, and planning—collaborating with Principal and Senior Analysts as well as Senior Project Management.
* Strong skills in Target Operating Model definition and Current/Future state process mapping, including workshop management.
