The role will be working on a hybrid basis after the initial training. Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Coordinator job; * Provide first class customer service at all times * Ensure all part returns are actioned with the SLA agreed * Ensure each failed delivery or collection has at least one out bound call direct to the customer to determine what the issue was in terms of the failed job * Contact the customer and provide and update * Determine if a cost should be applied to the order, core or rehire * Adherence to all company policies and procedures.
