GSL Education is seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Loughborough and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a career in teaching or those with experience working with young people in a school, sports coaching, or tutoring setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a positive learning environment.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively following school policies.
* Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress.
Requirements:
* Graduate-level education (preferred).
* Right to work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get one.
* Some experience working with young people in a formal or informal setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in leading a classroom and maintaining discipline.
