Associate Marketing Manager – UK & Ireland – Healthcare – CGM
Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to develop and deliver educational programs and content to healthcare professionals (HCPs) across the UK and Ireland.

Key Information
* Location: Bracknell, United Kingdom (3 days in office per week)
* Employment type: Full‑time, flex/hybrid model
* Right to Work: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available
Responsibilities
* Support the development and delivery of multi‑channel education programmes and content for HCPs across the UK and Ireland.
* Help organise and run events, webinars and training sessions for HCPs.
* Assist with creating and updating educational materials and resources.
* Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure programmes run smoothly.
* Track and report on the success of educational activities.
* Ensure all activities comply with GDPR and other relevant guidelines.
* Build relationships with colleagues and healthcare professionals to understand their needs.
* Collaborate with Sales and Medical Affairs teams to provide useful information and support.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience developing and delivering educational programmes or campaigns for healthcare professionals, ideally within a regulated environment (experience in diabetes is a plus).
* Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities, with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms to create, distribute and measure educational content.
* Ability to analyse data and KPIs to assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
* Effective communicator, able to tailor messaging for a clinical audience.
* Collaborative, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and HCPs.
* Adaptable and resourceful, thriving in a fast‑paced environment and willing to contribute ideas and take initiative.

Travel Required
* 15‑25% travel within the UK and Ireland.
Experience and Education Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience in healthcare marketing, professional education, or clinical communications.
* Experience managing agencies, budgets, and digital platforms.
Employment Details
* This full‑time role operates on a flex/hybrid model of three in‑office days per week to maximize collaboration and executional momentum.
* Office located in Bracknell, with candidates required to live within commuting distance as of November 2025.
