Key Responsibilities
We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager for our Cheshire Life Magazine portfolio, a vibrant lifestyle publication targeting a high-end audience. Your role will focus on expanding our subscriber base through new business acquisition, selling print and digital advertising solutions to clients in the Cheshire region. Building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions are essential.
You will engage with clients over the phone and face-to-face, offering a range of advertising options. The role requires a proactive sales approach and excellent relationship-building skills.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
You will primarily sell print advertising, complemented by digital services such as web advertising and video creation. Digital savvy is important, with training provided on SEO, social media, DPM, display, and programmatic advertising. The role is hybrid, based from home, with travel throughout Cheshire. A car and living within 30 minutes of Cheshire are required.
You will receive support from a manager through calls, training, and team meetings. The ideal candidate has a media/advertising sales background, proven B2B sales experience, strong organizational skills, and a drive to exceed targets.
