A highly regarded technologypany based in Nottingham is recruiting into their high-performing credit team, initially on an 8-week basis, as they are recruiting for the role permanently.
Your new role
As a Credit Controller you will be:
1. Taking in new client enquiries, setting accounts up and running credit checks.
2. Analysing the sales ledger to identify potential debtors and being proactive,municating regularly and bringing in the payments.
3. Supporting the Month-end reports and working with the Management Accountants.
4. Maintaining records on accounting systems and Excel.
5. Dealing with customer queries promptly and acting as the first point of contact as the clients call in.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of managing ledgers, credit control and working across a range of teams, including sales ledgers, accounts and management accounts.
You will be a team player and have an outgoing personality, willing to learn, develop and help over and above your general duties.
You will have excellent written and verbalmunication skills, be a good negotiator and understand the requirements of new accounts, debtors and key clients.
