Job Description

On behalf of Honda, and their R&D department, we are supporting the recruitment of a really exciting role, a Customer Researcher into their innovative research division. Honda believes that digital innovation must be rooted in real human needs and psychology. That’s why we're building a world where behavioural science not only informs how we design technologies, but shapes how they improve everyday life.

We're looking for a Behavioural Scientist/ Customer Researcher to help turn evidence-based theory into practical, real-world applications—joining their Advanced Planning and Research UK (APRUK) team in shaping the future of Honda and society at large.

About the Role

As part of our Digital Innovation Research Division, you’ll explore emerging human needs, design meaningful behavioural studies, and help deliver technologies that provide real societal value.

You’ll work on a variety of projects, from literature reviews and data analysis to study design and external engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for applied behavioural science, a keen analytical mind, and a desire to contribute to Honda’s mission: to be a company that society wants to exist.
