Hours: Two weeks on, two weeks off
Caremark (Kingston) are recruiting “Live in Care Staff” to join our team in the Kingston upon Thames and surrounding areas. This role involves caring for customers in their own homes, supporting them with everyday living tasks. Requirements
* Be reliable
* Have an excellent work ethic
* Be passionate about caring for people
* Demonstrate experience in live in care or a residential home setting
* Be prepared to work towards a Diploma in Health and Society Care (if not already achieved – other courses are available!)
Responsibilities
* Provide the highest possible quality of care to our customers
* Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
* Assist customers with daily living tasks, which may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, shopping, domestic duties and companionship
* Maintain customer confidentiality at all times
* Communicate regularly with the office team
* Maintain good written and spoken English
