Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver engaging and accessible IT training to staff at all levels, enhancing digital skills and promoting best practices in software and system usage.
* Provide first-line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to maintain business continuity.
* Work closely with the IT Manager to ensure effective use of meeting room equipment and technology across the firm.
* Develop and analyse databases, and manage Microsoft 365 and MS Teams Telephony systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Solid understanding of IT systems, including Microsoft 365 and MS Teams Telephony.
2. Experience in database development and analysis.
