Looking for a part-time admin and facilities assistant for our London Office.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Overall upkeep and maintenance of the office space
* Managing utilities bills and expenses, coordinating with finance for payments
* Managing employee details and interacting with HR shared services for updates
* Managing access initiation for the office with building admin
* Managing stationery/giveaways and maintaining stock
* ESG compliance, data entry, and coordination with the global committee for on-ground reporting
* Procurement management for the region
* Coordinating with the building landlord
* Restocking the fridge and snack bar
* Upkeep of meeting rooms, kitchen area, and snack bar
* Assisting HR and admin teams with employee activities, conferences, and marketing events
