About the Role
* Supervising classes across KS3-KS5 during teacher absences
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain focused and engaged
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Supporting students with questions and helping lessons run smoothly
* Opportunities available for both short-term and long-term placements
About You
* Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Ability to stay calm, confident, and adaptable in a busy school environment
* A genuine interest in education and supporting student development
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Availability between 8:00am and 3:30pm is essential
