THE ROLE
As the Visual Manager, you will bring energy, enthusiasm, and tenacity to influence and lead your team to success on our busy shop floors. Your role involves balancing store deadlines, daily operations, and enhancing the in-store shopping experience for our customers.
Your daily tasks include reviewing store commercial performance and visuals, responding swiftly to trade trends, and ensuring the right product placement through effective planning and communication with team members.
You will be responsible for developing the merchandising skills of the store team.
What will I be doing?
* Ensuring the Brand integrity is reflected at all times.
* Providing feedback to key partners, including Head Office, the Corporate Visual department, and store teams to drive visual merchandising opportunities.
* Reviewing and approving floor maps before floorset execution and guiding Floor Managers.
* Partnering with District Visual Manager and Store Manager to interpret and implement Corporate Visual plans.
* Using weekly sales reports to analyze business results and develop strategies to maximize sales.
* Managing zero sellers, recalls, and promotional activities proactively.
* Conducting store walk-throughs with senior leadership.
* Training and guiding store teams on visual standards and product knowledge.
* Creating floorset and refresh schedules to stay within budget and ensure seamless execution.
* Leading, coaching, and managing performance of employees across the visual and in-store teams.
* Maintaining store standards, including music and digital displays.
* Partnering with Maintenance to resolve store issues like fixtures and lighting.
* Collaborating closely with Store and Stock Managers for effective execution.
* Applying design thinking to enhance visual presentation and drive business growth.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our outlet in Bicester, Oxfordshire, has been open since 2015, operating typically from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, subject to seasonal changes. Bicester Village attracts millions annually. Our team shares responsibilities like coffee runs. The store is about a 45-minute journey from London, Marylebone station.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Experience in Visual Merchandising within a retail fashion environment.
* At least 3-5 years in retail management or visual merchandising.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to change.
* Customer service-oriented with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
* React quickly to changing environments and deliver results efficiently.
* Sound judgment for decision-making, balancing commercial and visual considerations.
* Comfortable presenting to large groups and tailoring messages accordingly.
* Leadership skills to manage and motivate the visual team for high standards.
* Availability for night, overnight, and weekend work as needed.
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
