The successful applicants will be part of our Independent Living Services First Point of Contact, which is the Access Point for adults in Cardiff who require care and support in the Community and their Carers. The team comprises a range of professionals working collaboratively with citizens and their network to find solutions to meet their needs.

The role of FPOC and Training Team Leader is a role that is extremely rewarding as you will be leading a team of officers completing wellbeing assessments for the most vulnerable members of our community. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our First Point of Contact team and oversee training delivery, ensuring high-quality service and continuous improvement.
