Claims Handler Location: Warrington | Salary: £26,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. We're seeking a Claims Handler to join our client in Warrington within their customer service team. What You'll Be Doing As a key player in our claims team, you'll: Assess and process mechanical breakdown claims with accuracy. Deliver top-tier service to customers, dealer partners, and repairers. Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and repairers throughout the claims process. Ensure all claim files are complete, consistent, and compliant. Support your teammates and promote a positive, can-do attitude across the department. What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is: Knowledgeable about motor vehicles - whether this is gained in a previous role or personal hobby!
