We're working exclusively on behalf of a reputable and growing children’s residential care provider to find a dynamic, experienced Registered Manager to take the lead in launching a brand-new 3-bed children’s home in Oldbury, supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This is a foundational leadership role – ideal for a passionate Registered Manager with a proven record of opening new homes, navigating Ofsted registration, and leading from the front. You'll shape the team, embed a nurturing culture, and ensure the very highest standards of care, compliance, and development from day one.
What they're looking For:
* A current or former Registered Manager with at least 2 years’ experience
* Demonstrable success in setting up and registering new homes
* Deep knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Children’s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards
* Strong leadership qualities – confident in team-building, coaching and performance management
* Experience working with children with learning disabilities, autism, or additional complex needs
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
* Resilience, commitment, and an authentic passion for high-quality child-centred care
