The County High School Leftwich is an easy commute from a variety of villages, towns and cities in the North West. Our staff travel from all over Cheshire, Chester, Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Runcorn, North Wales and Staffordshire.

The school's curriculum is broad, balanced and aspirationaland promotes the enjoyment of learning whilst motivating students to gain the knowledge, skills and qualifications which enable all to achieve excellence academically, further enriched by opportunities beyond the timetable. In 2025 over 86% of students studied the EBacc, nearly 75% of students achieved grade 4 and above in both English and Maths and 20% of students gained at least one grade 9, maintaining the consistently successful outcomes of the school. In 2024 the school achieved a Progress 8 score of +0.59 for all students whilst it was +0.33 for 2023.
