About this role:
As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing your designated area, increasing consumer choice, and activating takeaway restaurants to maximize orders. You will act as a trusted advisor to your partners, ensuring their success.
Location: Edinburgh, with a mix of field-based and home-based work.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maximize the potential of existing restaurant partners through strong relationships.
* Educate partners to improve customer service and experience.
* Assist in onboarding new restaurants, ensuring visits within 14 days of going online.
* Prioritize order growth and mentor partners on business improvement steps.
* Use internal platforms like Salesforce and Restaurant Manager to identify growth opportunities.
What you will bring:
* Experience in B2B sales or account management.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.
