Responsibilities
* Provide personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily routines for children and young people in their own homes or community, promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing.
* Work closely with families and other professionals to create a safe, nurturing environment where each child can thrive.
* Be a consistent, caring presence and build trusted relationships with children and their families.
Qualifications & requirements
* Experience with Autism, learning disabilities, peg feeding is preferred but training will be provided.
* Minimum of 6 months care experience within a UK care setting is preferable but not essential; all training provided to boost skills and confidence.
* Aged 18 or over; role involves personal care, unsupervised work with vulnerable individuals, and flexible hours.
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
* Valid driving licence and own vehicle access.
Salary & benefits
* Excellent rates of pay £14.75 - £15.25 per hour plus Pension and Holiday Pay (equating to a rolled up pay rate of £17.03 - £17.60)
