About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain engaged, safe, and productive. You will follow lesson plans, support learning objectives, and help maintain school routines and behaviour standards. Responsibilities: • Supervise classes and maintain a positive learning environment. • Implement lesson plans provided by teachers, ensuring continuity of learning. • Support students’ engagement and understanding during lessons. • Monitor and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. • Provide feedback on student progress, behaviour, and any incidents. • Assist with administrative tasks such as registration, attendance, and reporting. • Collaborate with staff to maintain a safe and supportive school environment.
