About The Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join a supportive team on a Full Time/ Permanent basis. This role involves providing person-centred support in a Residential Children Home, working as part of a team to help maintain a safe, support, and caring environment that meets both individual and shared needs, while consistently demonstrating a positive and person-centred approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day practical and emotional support
