Job Title: Technology Delivery Lead - Newcastle
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: Competitive + package (dependent on experience)
Hybrid Working: This role will require you to work from the Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of technology and business outcomes for clients as part of the Business & Technology Delivery Team.
* Lead and guide delivery teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
* Contribute to transforming leading organisations and communities through scalable delivery practices.
* Collaborate across Accenture Technology to deliver high-quality services to private and public sector clients.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience as a Delivery Specialist with the ability to manage multiple critical client projects and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
* Adaptable, with the ability to perform a range of delivery-oriented tasks.
* Strong understanding of delivery approaches and best practices; ability to translate technical information into business focus.
* Highly organized with experience planning for short, medium, and long-term objectives and guiding a team to meet them.
* Ability to design and implement metrics for delivery improvement and to own improvement activities.
* Strong service-orientated attitude with a cooperative and mature approach to working with clients, teams, and individuals.
* Excellent communications skills; experience delivering Agile at scale and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
* Knowledge of modern delivery operating models (DevOps).
* Familiarity with Agile delivery tools to provide clear, concise, and dynamic communications.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel and the Office suite; experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g., JIRA).
* Experience in Health & Public Sector with familiarity with GDS principles is a plus.
