About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and caring Home Manager to take the reins of our residential service near Dalkeith. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance and quality standards, and cultivate a positive, person-centred culture that puts residents first.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of the home, ensuring CQC compliance and exceptional standards of care
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement for every resident
* Recruit, train, and support staff, fostering a culture of kindness and accountability
* Manage budgets, rotas, and occupancy with efficiency and foresight
* Build trusted relationships with families, professionals, and regulatory bodies
* Champion safeguarding, health & safety, and continuous improvement
* Support staff wellbeing and encourage ongoing development
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting
