About the Role: To be a successful Sales Manager, you will:
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and running the store when needed
* Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met
* Create an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration for your team
* Work hands-on for all commercial and operational activities alongside your team
* Ensure communication is current and accurate to meet business needs
* Be passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring others and fostering team spirit
* Demonstrate exceptional commercial understanding to create a great shopping experience
* Be a team player who adapts quickly in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
* Communicate effectively at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure
* Problem-solve, make sound decisions, challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas
* Handle people issues confidently
* Plan, organise, and prioritise workload effectively
