ENS Recruitment have been established for over 30 years, dealing with recruitment and training of staff in the health and social care sector. We are recruiting for a part time Trainer at our offices in Westcliff on Sea, Essex. This is a part time permanent role (14 hours per week, with scope to increase dependent on business needs). The Trainer will deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant face-to-face and virtual training to ENS Care staff and external clients. This role enhances learners’ knowledge, skills, and performance through tailored training and development initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering training in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Administration of Medication.
* Level 3 Instructor Certificate in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Administration of Medication.
* Experience writing, updating, and adapting training course material.
* Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
* Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
* Deliver engaging and effective training sessions across multiple settings.
* Adapt training content for diverse audiences and learning styles.
* Facilitate group discussions and interactive activities to maximise learning outcomes.
* Manage learner attendance, conduct, and engagement.
* Complete and review course evaluations with learners to measure effectiveness.
Course Development
* Design, update, and maintain course materials (session plans, handouts, presentations, e-learning resources).
* Ensure content reflects current legislation, best practice, and company policies.
* Collaborate with the Training Division to identify and prioritise training needs.
£16 per hour, and will increase to £19 per hour if able to deliver Buccal Midazolam training.
