Location - Chippenham, England, United Kingdom Working Hours - Saturday and Monday ONLY - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hourly Rate - £12.21 per hour Key Responsibilities - Answer a high volume of incoming calls from elderly clients with professionalism and empathy. - Assist clients with placing food orders, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. - Provide information on available food options and answer any questions clients may have. - Resolve any issues or concerns related to food orders in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
