Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 DOE
Location: Swindon, UK
Job Type: Permanent
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex design & build projects. This is a hands-on role combining project delivery, client engagement and commercial responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
* Lead projects from pre-construction through to on-site delivery.
* Manage design and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Take ownership of commercial aspects, from design fees through to overall project cost.
* Manage project risks and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
* Provide leadership on projects, mentoring engineers and site managers.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
* Proven experience delivering complex design & build projects within a contracting environment.
* Strong commercial and programme management skills.
* Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a relevant engineering discipline (preferred).
* Professional qualifications (e.g. MCIOB, CEng) desirable.
* Full UK driving license required.
