Position: PSHE Teacher
Location: Southampton
Days: 3 days per week (Tues, Wed & Fri) – possible extension to Full Time
Start Date: ASAP / December 2025

Your Role:
✨ Deliver engaging and tailored PSHE lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEN
✨ Promote emotional regulation, social skills, and positive behaviour
✨ Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external specialists to support student wellbeing
✨ Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
✨ Contribute to students’ personal development and independence
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in relevant special education or PSHE discipline
Experience working with students with SEN, particularly around social and emotional development
Passion for fostering inclusive and empowering learning experiences
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
