We are seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our Jersey or Southampton office. The role focuses on administering the client onboarding process, including obtaining customer due diligence (CDD) documentation.
Key duties include:
* Collating documentation to verify client identity
* Conducting database and open/closed source searches
* Liaising with Partners, fee earners, and clients regarding CDD requirements
* Preparing due diligence profiles for submission to Partners and MLRO
* Maintaining statistical records
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in compliance/AML and a good working knowledge of AML legislation.
A compliance qualification (e.g. ICA) is desirable but not essential.
