About The Role: Days of Working: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Oversee the creation and approval of vacancies within the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring roles are raised promptly and any issues are identified and resolved efficiently. Manage and respond to queries in the resourcing mailboxes, escalating matters to the appropriate contacts, when necessary, all within agreed timeframes. Generate vacancy and data access reports as required, supporting data-driven decision-making. Provide operational recruitment support, including creating new ATS users and companies, delivering training, and offering guidance to ensure smooth system usage. Carry out general administrative tasks to support recruitment operations. Assist in compiling management reports and tracking recruitment data trends to inform strategic planning. Act as a point of contact for system and onboarding queries, offering support to both the resourcing team and wider business functions. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Proficient in IT, with strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel. Familiarity with ATS software is beneficial but not essential. Excellent analytical and administrative capabilities. Ability to translate manager requirements into clear, actionable tasks. Experience in reporting from various data sources. Background in customer service or business support, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion.
