Finance Manager - Hybrid | Up to £45,000
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days remote)

Lead the Finance Function Under the CFO - Make an Impact!
Are you ready to take ownership of the numbers and play a key role in shaping financial strategy? We're looking for a Finance Manager who thrives on responsibility and wants to be at the heart of a growing business. This is your chance to lead core finance operations under the guidance of the CFO, with real influence and visibility.
What You'll Do:
Own the P&L and ensure accuracy up to trial balance.
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable end-to-end.
Take charge of cash management, including bank reconciliations and cashflow reporting.
Deliver monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Drive process improvements for AP and AR to boost efficiency and compliance.
Oversee stock take and reconcile book stock to physical counts.
Lead the month-end close process and support external audits.
Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and reporting standards.
Leading on process improvementsWhat We're Looking For:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Solid understanding of UK accounting standards and financial regulations.
