Overview
An established UK business operating in IT Asset Disposal, managed services and refurbished hardware is investing in outbound sales and is hiring its first SDR Manager.
This is a hands-on player coach role where the successful hire will personally deliver outbound activity while building and scaling a high performing SDR function.
The role is also open to senior SDRs who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
The Role
* Build and execute an outbound sales strategy from the ground up
* Personally carry out SDR activity including calls, emails and outreach
* Generate qualified meetings for experienced Account Directors and BDMs
* Handover leads at meeting stage with no closing responsibility
* Test, refine and document outbound processes and messaging
* Recruit, train and manage SDRs as the function grows
* Work closely with senior leadership to influence future sales structure
Experience Required
* Proven B2B SDR experience is essential
* Strong outbound and door opening capability
* Open to senior SDRs looking to step up or SDR Managers who remain hands on
* Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders
* IT or technology exposure is advantageous but not essential
* Structured, resilient and outcome focused

Package
* £35k to £45k base salary depending on experience
* On target earnings at approximately double basic
* Performance based commission with clear metrics
