I am currently assisting a well-known Financial Services brand recruit an experienced HR Data Analyst for their wider HR team. Reporting into a Lead HR Data Analyst, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in Data Analytics within a people-centric business. This is a newly created role to support the growth and change of the business. You would be joining at a really exciting time!
MUST COME FROM AN HR BACKGROUND
Experience of working with Workday would be highly beneficial. Due to managing change, you must be very confident working with large data sets in Excel; therefore, strong Microsoft Excel skills are a prerequisite for this role.
The company has a policy of four days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data interrogation and reporting
* Improving data efficiency
* Assisting with projects such as HRIS Transformation
* Process improvement
* Ad-hoc reporting
* Administrative support
