The Role
* General civil and commercial litigation
* Contractual disputes
* Property litigation
* Debt recovery
* Landlord and tenant disputes
You will handle matters from instruction through to resolution, including settlement negotiations and court proceedings where required.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 5 years PQE)
* Experience or strong interest in litigation / dispute resolution
* Confident managing a caseload or keen to take on responsibility
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* Organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines
