Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Southwest Wiltshire / East Somerset Sector: Residential Groundworks Employment Type: Permanent Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 per annum Role Overview A residential groundworks contractor operating across Southwest Wiltshire and East Somerset is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple housing and groundworks schemes. This is a permanent role offering long‑term stability within a growing business, with responsibility for managing projects from award through to completion. The Contracts Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients, site teams and the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the management and delivery of multiple residential groundworks projects across the region. Overseeing site teams including site managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out in line with programme, specifications and contractual requirements.
