Quorn is currently seeking a Site Health, Safety & Environment Manager to join our operations team and lead transformational change across our Stokesley site.
What you'll be responsible for:
This role will focus on a single site, with responsibility for implementing and overseeing our Health, Safety, Security & Environmental policies at our Stokesley facility.
You will provide clear leadership in developing legally compliant SHE systems and fostering a culture of continuous SHE improvement, promoting a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
You will be a key member of the site leadership team, with full autonomy to embed a leading SHE culture across all functions and levels within the site.
What experience you'll need to have:
* Proven background in a similar role, preferably within food manufacturing or an FMCG environment
* Track record of driving a continuous improvement SHE culture, including leading change through strong leadership and behavioral programs
* NEBOSH diploma or equivalent
* Environmental & Food Hygiene qualifications such as IEMA certificate
* CMIOSH or Registered Safety Practitioner
* Awareness of key risk areas like COSHH, Ergonomics, and statutory inspections
* A passion for healthy, sustainable products that are better for consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be vegetarian to work for Quorn!
