About the role
As a BMW MINI Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs on vehicles to a high level of quality in set timescales. As well as preparing, spraying and finishing vehicles, you will ensure the correctness of colour match and final finish is completed to an extremely high standard.
About You
When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have a Level 2, industry recognised qualification as a threshold level of prior exposure and participation.
Proven experience as a paint technician is essential. Experience in a similar Bodyshop environment is beneficial as we are looking for an individual who has the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standard of repair with solid attention to detail. Good time management and organisational skills are also required as you will ensure that assigned jobs are completed within estimated times.
