Telesales Executive
Location: Remote (Dorset-based candidates preferred, with occasional weekly visits to our hub)

Salary: Annual £26,395
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week (8.30am-5pm)
About the Role
To build excellent relationships with colleagues, clients, and managers across the business to deliver consistent and robust procedures to identify new clients both locally and nationally, that are in line with legislation, internal policies, and organisational approach.
What does the role involve?
* The booking of sales meetings for Business Development Consultants and Business Development Team Leader, with the aim to secure meetings to upskill their existing team members and support with heir apprenticeship recruitment needs.
* Making sales calls and cold calls to sell training courses to varying types of businesses, while also using social platforms to generate new leads.
* Tracking progress of calls and progression of those calls and analysing data, while dealing with complaints and enquiries effectively.
* Work in partnership with the Director of Business development and Business Development Team Leader and other colleagues within the team to support the department and meet company targets
What are we looking for?
* Previous sales experience including cold calls
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, team player and work effectively under pressure
* Maintain professionalism and always handle sensitive and confidential information
* Strong Administration skills – including Microsoft Office, excel, word and PowerPoint
* Ability to manage a varies programme of work, manage expectations and conflicting priorities
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Complete mandatory and desirable training relevant to your role, as well as being prepared to undertake CPD Continuous Professional Development as appropriate
* Willingness to undertake customer service qualification
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures
