Principal Consultant - RPO Specialist Delivery
Join Our Team as an Onboarding Consultant
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire or London or Bristol
Are you a Project Manager with extensive experience in Management Consultancy? Are you looking to move into an internal role where you can work directly for a business and be part of building out bespoke solutions for your customers? If so, we want to hear from you. Due to growth and our ongoing development plan, we are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to join our dynamic team.
What you’ll do:
* Ensure clear definition, scoping and initiation of the workstream, including people, process and technology components.
* Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the Client, Brightwell, Procentia and third-party stakeholders and team members in the project to ensure full mutual understanding of the workstream’s objectives, timelines and expectations.
* Ensure the workstream has requirements (including resources) and responsibilities documented and agreed to allow for the workstream activity to meet its agreed objectives.
* Ensure overall and detailed workstream implementation and actions plans, including definition of key milestones, are created and managed for the duration of the workstream as appropriate.
* Ensure monitoring of progress against the workstream plans is timely and accurate and enable sponsors and stakeholders to have visibility and sufficient information to make the required decisions.
* Ensure workstream risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies are being recorded, monitored and proactively managed (and escalated as appropriate) to minimise disruption to successful delivery.
* Ensure the appropriate and relevant level of testing is in place for the workstream with stakeholder sign-off as part of the gating process.
This role would suit someone with:
* Track record of project management and successful delivery.
* Proven experience of planning, monitoring, reporting and delivering benefits and outcomes.
* People management experience with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
* Experience of resource planning for projects and workstreams with the ability to work with key stakeholders to manage project resource needs.
* Experience of budget and risk management at project level
* Worked in the pensions industry, ideally in a defined benefit scheme environment (or if not, experience in an administrative operational environment in a regulated industry would be valuable.)
* Recognised formal Programme / Project Management Qualification
