Head of CRM
Location: Cheshire, North West.

A growing lifestyle and retail brand is looking for a Head of CRM to lead its next stage of digital and customer transformation. This is an opportunity to define how customers engage with the brand, shape retention strategies, and drive loyalty through data‑led, personalised experiences.

Responsibilities:
* Define and deliver a CRM strategy that drives engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team
* Work collaboratively with marketing, data, and digital teams to deliver seamless customer journeys
* Position CRM as a key growth function within the business
Automation and Technology:
* Oversee the optimisation and transformation of CRM systems and data processes
* Build and deliver automated multi‑channel campaigns across email, app, and push notifications
* Develop advanced segmentation and personalisation strategies to increase effectiveness and ROI
Data and Insight:
* Create and maintain a single customer view to support targeted communication
* Use performance data to refine campaigns and inform strategic decisions
* Collaborate with analytics partners to evolve lifecycle marketing programmes
Requirements:
* At least eight years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or lifecycle management, including three years in a leadership role
* Proven success in developing and delivering CRM strategies that improve retention and revenue
* Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
* Experience with customer segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing
* Understanding of data management, integrity, and transformation projects
* Analytical mindset with confidence using CRM and business intelligence tools; knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS or machine learning is an advantage
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in a fast‑paced retail, ecommerce, lifestyle, beauty, or fashion environment
