Role Overview
They are seeking either an experienced Electrical Tutor or Commercial/Industrial Electricians keen to transition into teachingto join their team. Youll plan and deliver both theory and practical sessions, coach apprentices through hands-on tasks, and help them achieve industry-standard competencies.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate electrical installation, automation and fault-finding techniques
Teach safe tool and equipment operation
Plan and deliver practical workshops and classroom theory lessons
Provide constructive feedback and support to apprentices
Enforce Health & Safety regulations and promote best-practice procedures
Prepare high-quality lesson plans, learning materials and assessment records
Adhere to all centre policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
Proven electrical experience in a commercial/industrial environment
Strong grasp of electrical theory, installation, automation and fault-finding
Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
Desirable:
Teaching qualification or assessor training (in-house support provided)
Prior experience in apprenticeship delivery or vocational education
