Customer Service Advisor Location: Lowestoft Hours: 40 per week (worked between 9:00am and 8:00pm on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends each week) Contract: Immediate Start with Fixed Term until September 2026 Pay: £12.94 per hour Hales Group are delighted to be working with our client, a well-established business in Lowestoft renowned for their inclusive and supportive working environment. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and webchat. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Resolve issues at first contact wherever possible, or escalate to the appropriate department. Consistently deliver exceptional service to encourage repeat business. Follow company processes, procedures, quality standards, and legislative requirements (full training provided). Skills & Experience Must have strong IT skills and be confident using multiple systems. Ability to build rapport with customers with proven customer service experience. Confident communication skills and excellent telephone manner. Customer-focused approach.
