PAYROLL SPECIALIST - £42k (HOURLY EQUIVALENT) - ASAP START DATE - 6 WEEK (POTENTIAL EXTENSION) - BICESTER - HYBRID
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Bicester that are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist to join the team ASAP, to cover long-term sickness, and support the Payroll Manager for a 6 week assignment, offering hybrid working!
Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge of ADP platform SPM and an in-depth knowledge of iHCM.
2. Gather variables/changes/inputs and check them before entering them into the relevant platforms.
3. Create and maintain payroll records on iHCM.
4. Download and reconcile trial reports.
5. Arrange approval meetings/calls.
6. Approve the payroll on the relevant platform.
7. Check final reports.
8. Send final files to Finance.
9. Circulate monthly payroll dates to local People team, local Finance and People Services Advisory team.
Requirements:
10. Good working knowledge of ADP desirable.
11. Experience maintaining payroll records.
12. Good communication skills.
