Responsibilities
* Take the lead in assisting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to engage fully in learning and reach their potential
* Lead collaboration with families, staff, and external agencies to design and implement tailored support plans that meet each child’s needs
* Promote an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive
Qualifications
* At least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification and experience of working at a senior level
* Detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
* Excellent understanding of EYFS
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
* Experience working with children with SEND requirements
* Experience working in partnership with parents and outside agencies
* Ability to demonstrate multi-agency working and experience of leading staff meetings
