About The Role

Knight Frank is looking to hire a motivated and client-focused Sales Agent to join our UK-based International team located at our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street, London. This role involves working with buyers and sellers across key European markets, with a particular focus on the Spanish, and Portuguese markets - Iberian Peninsula.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and has a proven ability to build strong relationships. Language skills for these regions are not essential but would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day relationships with buyers and sellers, including arranging viewings and securing offers.
* Handle enquiries from multiple channels (online, phone, walk-ins) professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records on internal systems and ensure compliance with all best practice measures.
* Communicate effectively to progress negotiations through to completion and invoicing.
* Provide active vendor care, ensuring client approval of marketing materials and maintaining instructions at the right level.
* Monitor and review property instructions to meet market demand and business targets, including regular travel to key territories.
* Promote properties to a high standard and maintain Knight Frank's professional image in the international market.
* Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with clients and colleagues across departments.
* Stay informed on regional property values and market trends.
* Comply with CDD requirements and obtain relevant documentation from clients.

What We're Looking For:

* A confident, persuasive individual with a strong track record in a customer service-based/Client Manager role.
* Highly driven and enthusiastic, with proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Additional language skills (Spanish & Portuguese) would be advantageous but are not essential.
* Market knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese sales markets would be advantageous but are not essential.
