A Company in the Channel Islands is seeking a Client Onboarding Relationship Manager to lead the Onboarding Advisers team, supporting client-facing teams with Client Acceptance and KYC processes.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, maintain onboarding systems, and ensure high-quality risk and compliance standards are met. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting onboarding systems, guiding teams through onboarding procedures, overseeing training and reporting, and driving process improvements. They will collaborate with KYC experts and global teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
We’re looking for someone with experience in client risk management, KYC/AML, and team leadership. Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills are essential. ICA certification and Salesforce experience are a plus.
