This is a permanent opportunity within a nurturing, home-from-home environment supporting one young person on a 2:1 staffing ratio. The Role: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing consistent, trauma-informed care and emotional support, helping the young person feel safe, valued, and empowered.
