CDS Group Services Ltd is a £60m nationwide main contractor, shopfitter and manufacturer based in Romsey.

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Assistant on a temporary basis.
The Project Assistant must be based in or within a commutable distance of Romsey.
Job starts ASAP and there should be 2 months work for the right Project Assistant.

* Provide project and operational support

* Maintain project control
The Key Responsibilities for the Project Assistant:
* Collate and manage site files
* Create and process purchase orders
* Arrange and oversee the return of site files
* Scan and upload documentation onto the system
* Create and distribute ID cards
* Handle outgoing and incoming post
* Order and track uniform and tools
* Assist with RAMS request
* Send weekly site details to the team
* Support on additional tasks when required
* Monitor daily diaries and identify/report risks
